The Clinical team at The Renovo Center is looking for full-time Therapists. We are a growing counseling practice in Charlestown, West Virginia that specializes in integrative mental health and substance misuse treatment and training. The candidate selected will work with their clinical supervisor and team to provide therapist services to a broad range of ages and mental health conditions. Must be license eligible in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology. Salary ranges from $39,000/year and up depending on experience, training and skills plus benefits include include PTO, Simple IRA, 35-hour onsite workweek and the best coworkers.

Skills/Requirements

• Has a firm grasp on the code of ethics associated with their professional license
• Ability to practice within a trauma informed model
• Willingness to learn and apply the many integrative modalities provided at Renovo
• Is organized and focused
• Has read the Adverse Childhood Experiences study and has familiarity with the top 10
• Knows how to work a PC
• Is a naturally gifted communicator
• Works hard but also like to have FUN while getting things done
• Is judicious about self-care and regulation.
• Must be a team player and willing to help other departments when needed
